Honda, BMW :P si Toyota domina in continuare la satisfactia proprietarilor si in Franta. Ele sunt urmate de Volvo, Audi :P si Ford. Renault si Citroen sunt de asemenea peste medie ca si Mazda, Skoda si Mercedes.
Reuters / June 22, 2006 - 7:00 am VIENNA -- Cars by Toyota Motor Corp. garnered the highest customer satisfaction in three of six categories in a survey of French motorists released on Thursday, but Honda remained the leading overall brand.
BMW, Honda Motor Co. Ltd. and PSA/Peugeot-Citroen each ranked highest in one segment, according to the annual survey by J.D. Power and Associates and L'Automobile magazine.
The study measures motorists' perception of vehicle quality and reliability, vehicle appeal, ownership costs, and service satisfaction.
In individual categories, the Toyota Yaris was ranked best small car, the Toyota Corolla won the lower-medium rankings and the Honda Accord took upper-medium honors.
The Peugeot 607 was tops in the executive/luxury segment, while the Toyota Corolla Verso was best multi-purpose vehicle and the BMW X5 was the most appealing SUV.
For overall nameplate rankings, Honda, BMW and Toyota defended their top three positions, while Volvo moved up a notch to fourth and Audi advanced to fifth from eighth.
The results for the 2006 France CSI Study are based on responses from more than 16,000 motorists in France who rated their experiences with their vehicle, their dealer, and the cost of vehicle ownership. The study provides information regarding 26 ranked brands and 93 ranked models after an average of two years of ownership.

People who don't own Toyota vehicles are simply unaware of the brand's reputation for high quality. This may stem from the low visibility of Toyotas on European roads.
There are 20 million Renaults currently on European roads, along with 18 million VWs, 18 million Fords, 15 million Fiats and 13 million Opels. But with only 4 million units in operation in Europe, Toyotas account for only one of every 30 vehicles visible.
Where Toyota's penetration is higher, such as in Scandinavia, it is seen as a top-quality product, noted Andrea Formica, Toyota Europe's vice president of sales and marketing.
He also noted a contrast to the United States, where one in 10 cars is a Toyota: "In the United States, customers don't have to be sold on the brand," he said. "They know what it stands for. Their challenge there is to attach an emotional content."ex Civic mk.7 EX sedan 2002, 1.7VTEC

The study includes 30 brands and 105 models. Owners provide detailed evaluations of their vehicles and dealers, which covers 77 attributes grouped into four measurements of satisfaction. Toyota receives a total of four assembly plant quality awards for producing vehicles yielding the fewest defects, including the Platinum Plant Quality Award for its Iwate, Japan, plant, producer of the Lexus ES 330. The Iwate plant averages just 32 PP100. Plant awards are based solely on scores for defects.
Among North and South American plants, the General Motors Oshawa #2 plant in Ontario, Canada, which produces the Buick LaCrosse and Pontiac Grand Prix, receives the Gold Plant Quality Award for a second consecutive year. Toyota's Georgetown, Ky., plant, which produces the Avalon, Camry and Solara Coupe/Convertible, and DaimlerChrysler's Windsor, Ontario, Canada plant, which produces the Pacifica, Town & Country, Caravan and Grand Caravan, tie for the Silver Plant Quality Award.

VW este antepenultimul. Audi dupa media pe industrie dar pe la jumate.mai fac si nemtii masini, nu?
Jaguar a facut mari progrese semnificative in fiecare an si chiar e o marca redutabila pe partea luxury, deci nimic nou.
Hyundai, la fel, nici aici nimic anormal, pana si in Romania e apreciata drept o marca extrem de fiabila si se vinde foarte bine, la nivel de Skoda aproape.
Skoda, la fel, de apreciat ambitia lor de a fi mai buni decat ceilalti 'frati', ambitie care s-a concretizat. Bravo lor! Au ajuns cehii sa lectii nemtilor...de fapt, avand o traditie mult mai bogata decat nemtii (exceptie Mercedes), e si normal sa-si reia locul bine-meritat.
Topul UK nu e o noutate, a fost asa de cativa ani buni, la fel si cel US, cu exceptia Jaguar (car care oricum a urcat in fiecare an in ambele topuri). Nu inteleg de ce ai pus icon-ul de rusinica langa Honda. E o rusine pt Honda ca e in top dupa modele luxury apreciate pt fiabilitatea lor si dupa Toyota, nr 1 mondial overall la fiabilitate? Ce-ar mai da VW sa aiba si ei parte de rusinea asta...La topul UK de ce n-ai mai pus rusinica? Vezi ca si tu dai dovada de subiectivism?

mi se pare putin rusinos pentru Honda sa vina dupa Hyundai si sa nu fie in primele 5 macar, asa cum ne-a obisnuit. asteptarile mele de la ei sunt mai mari.
VW stiu ca sunt cu probleme, nu ma mai surprinde ops: ops: . Audi e in crestere in ultimii ani in diversele studii, deci macar se straduie ops: ...
remarca cu "fac si nemtii masini" se refera la faptul ca uzinile europene ale producatorilor asiatici nu au intrat in top 3 care este dominat de 3 uzine ale producatorilor germani.
apreciez si eu reusita Skoda, desi, in celasi timp, este o dovada ca, folosind tehnologie 90% VAG, nici VAG nu e asa de putred precum pare unora.ex Civic mk.7 EX sedan 2002, 1.7VTEC

Nu, este o dovada ca, daca esti sincer cu clientul, ai de castigat. Si aici vorbesc de pret vs masina.
Skoda, ca oferta overall, e sincera: ai tehnologie VAG (nu neparat buna, dar foarte intens mediatizata) la un pret competitiv, mult mai bun decat al suratelor corporative, si nu incearca sa te impresioneze cu lucruri care nu sunt reale. Plus de asta, in timp, se dovedeste si mai fiabila si construita cu mai multa raspundere din anumite puncte de vedere. Chiar daca pe cateva segmente (fiabilitatea motor+cutie) are acelasi bube ca si VW, totusi pe alte segmente mai importante pt o anumita categorie de oameni exceleaza in fata VW.
O masina mai practica, mai ieftina si ceva mai durabila parca iti face mai mult cu ochiul decat surata ei care ii ofera aceeasi platforma tehnologica, dar la un pret mai mare total nejustificat.
Hyundai a depasit demult si BMW, si de la ei lumea se astepta mult mai mult decat de la Honda. Honda n-a facut decat sa-si mentina nivelul, Hyundai insa a avut o ascensiune fulminanta si era normal sa ajunga acolo. Anul trecut, cand afirmam in fata unora ca Hyundai ameninta hegemonia Honda si Toyota la fiabilitate, multa lume a ras de mine. Acum...sa vedem cine rade.
Fenomenul Hyundai se alatura de fapt afirmatiei mele de pe topicul cu CR: marca nu spune nimic, nu are cine stie ce imagine (de fapt, acum 6-7 ani avea una foarte proasta), masinile par ieftine atat la exterior cat si si la interior, si de aici impactul cu realitatile ei si uimirea oamenilor in fata fiabilitatii de care da dovada e astfel cu mult mai mare. Socul e la fel de mare ca si in cazul lipsei de faibilitate la Mercedes.

hmmm, bogdane, mie mi se pare ca skoda nu mai ofera, incepand cu modelul O2, ceea ce reprezenta skoda mai demult:
si anume fiabilitate ok la preturi bune.
Mi se pare strigator la cer sa platesti pe o O2 cu echipare de top la fel de mult ca pe un passat cu echipare medie, si asta comparand numai cu masina din acelasi grup.
Mie sincer mi se pare ca octavia nu mai ofera nimic care sa ma faca sa o cumpar.

Vreau sportivitate - iau bmw
Vreau consum mic - iau o frantzuzoaica CR
In ultimul an, pentru mine, ca fost viitor posesor de O2, aceasta masina a devenit o masina de turma.Daca as avea bani de Audi... mi-as lua doua Honde.

Referitor la cifrele impresionante de vinzari pt octavia, ar trebui sa consultati niste oferte de la dealeri.
Este probabil cea mai buna si completa oferta de finaintare de pe piata. Avand evident ajutorul firmei proprii de leasing, propriei banci, isi permit sa ofere niste chestii mai rare, gen leasing pe 5 ani, reziduala de 30% !!!, avans minim. Ideea e ca daca tragi o linie si aduni, iesi SCUMP.Daca as avea bani de Audi... mi-as lua doua Honde.

o sa vina si timpul cind numarul de vinzari o sa creasca si in Europa pt Honda si preturile o sa fie mult mai competitive pe piata. Atunci sa mai vedem cine are avantaj la vinzari.
Aceleasi discutii era in mod sigur acum 30-40 de ani si in America despre Honda.honda x 5

oamenii care lucreaza la skoda, daca te imprietenesti cu ei iti recomanda octavia1 fata de 2.
Iar daca ai ceva mai multi bani, iti recomanda superb inainte de octavia 2.
Repet, aia care chiar iti vor binele, nu amaratii aia de vanzatori care se cearta cu tine ca o2 e berlina, nu hatchback.Daca as avea bani de Audi... mi-as lua doua Honde.
