    Coduri ECU


    Obtinerea codurilor de eroare se face prin mufa sevice de 2 pin sau mufa OBD de 16 pini ( la generatiile dupa '97).
    Cu motorul oprit si cheia in pozita 0 ,localizati mufa service cu 2 pini (vezi foto) si conectati cu ajutorul unei agrafe de birou pinii. Puneti contactul si becul chek engine se va aprinde si stinge intermitent.( contact pus , fara a porni motorul).
    Veti realiza ca sunt flashuri lungi si scurte . Toate codurile de eroare sunt compuse din doua cifre. Flashurile lungi determina zecimile numarului , flashurile scurte determina numerele intregi prin intermitenta lor.

    ex . lung , lung , lung , scurt , scurt , scurt , scurt pauza ---> este codul 34

    3 flashuri lungi urmate de 4 flashuri scurte apoi o pauza lunga . Daca acesta este singurl cod de eroare dat de catre ECU , atunci acesta se va repeta la nesfarsit pana luati contactul. Daca exista si alte coduri de eroare date de catre ECU atunci veti vedea o serie diferita de flashuri urmata de o pauza mai lunga intre coduri. Odata ce codurile au fost afisate , ele se vor repeta continuu pana contactul va fi luat.

    ex; lung , lung, scurt, pauza , lung , lung , lung , lung , scurt , scurt , scurt , pauza -----> coduri 21 , 43

    Daca masina este mai noua de 96 si este OBD2 atunci puteti sa va conectati la ECU prin mufa OBD 2 (vezi DLC 16P). Afiseaza o literea urmata de 4 cifre. Orice cod flash este acoperit si de cateva coduri OBD 2 mai specifice.
    De exemplu Cod 63 (2nd O2 sensor) poate fi P0137 (low voltage), P0138 (high voltage), sau P0139 (slow response).

    Mufele:
    Generatia 92-93 au mufa gri iar firele : maro si verde cu dunga alba
    Generatia 94-00 au mufa albastra iar firlele: maro si negru

    Coduri ABS


    Se pot afla in aceeasi maniera ca si codurile de ecu numai ca de data asta atentia este asupra becului de la ABS.
    Introduceti agrafa in mufa de diagnoza apoi rotiti cheia in pozita II ( contact pus , fara a porni motorul) . Secventa este urmatoarea
    Flash lung (2 sec) , pauza lunga ( 2 sec) - acesta inca nu este codul inca.
    Flasuri scurte pentri primele cifre ale codului - pauza 1 sec - flashuri scurte pentru a doaua cifra a codului.
    Pauza lunga ( 5 sec) , apoi urmatorul cod.

    92-95 civic si del sol ( OBD1)




    94-97 Coduri ABS (multumiri lui Laux_Laux_Laux)

    1- The hydraulic pump motor is over-run
    1-2 The hydraulic pump motor
    1-3 Is a high pressure leak
    1-4 The pressure switch
    1-8 Accumulator of high pressure system
    2-1 Circuit of handbrake warning lamp switch
    3-1 Rotor teeth damaged on right hand front wheel speed sensor ( pulser or reluctor)
    3-2 Rotor teeth damaged on left hand front wheel speed sensor ( pulser or reluctor)
    3-4 Rotor teeth damaged on right hand rear wheel speed sensor ( pulser or reluctor)
    3-8 Rotor teeth damaged on left hand rear wheel speed sensor ( pulser or reluctor)
    3-12 Combination of different sizes of tires

    Nu exista flashuri lungi , toate flashurile sunt scurte urmate de pauze scurte sau lungi

    Incepand din anul 98 tot sistemul ABS este diferit , cu lista diferita de coduri.

    Coduri SRS


    Aflarea codurilor SRS se face tot in aceeasi mufa de diagnoza prin care afla codurile de eroare de la ECU , numai ca de data asta ne uita la becul de la SRS.La fel ca si in cazul codurilor de eroare ale ECU-ului , martorul SRS se aprinde si se stinge la intervale definite dar diferenta este ca in loc de un semnal lung asociat cu o zecimala ca in cazul codurilor de la ecu este doar numarul primar iar cel scurt secundar. Adica la doua semnale lungi nu avem 20 ci 2.

    Am incercat si eu testul cu "agrafa". Am unit cele 2 contacte, am pus contactul iar "Check-ul" ramane aprins. Asta inseamna ca nu am nici o eroare?

        In urma unei diagnosticari cu un scantool al unui coleg, pe fondul tensiunii slabe la baterie, m-am pricopsit cu un 84-1 (sensor logic failure); ramane aprins triunghiul galben de langa VSA iar dupa cateva minute de rulaj cu viteza de 40-60 km/h se aprinde si VSA impreuna cu CHECK SYSTEM. Exista vreo sansa de resetare a acestui senzor fara a trebui sa ajung la reprezentanta? Masina este cea din semnatura.

        Relearn the steering sensor.We get this code sometimes when someone runs the battery low or takes the air bag off. Clear the code and follow this EXACTLY you might need to try it more than once. If it wont take you might need to replace the sensor (very rarely) .
        NOTE: Do not press the brake pedal during this procedure.
        Park the vehicle on a flat and level surface.
        With the ignition switch OFF, connect the HDS to the 16P date link connector (DLC) (A) under the driver's side of the dashboard.
        Short the SCS circuit using the HDS.
        Turn the ignition switch ON (II) with the brake pedal position switch released.
        The ABS indicator comes on for 2 seconds and goes off.
        After the ABS indicator goes off, press and release the VSA OFF switch once within 0.5 seconds.
        After the ABS indicator comes on, press and release the VSA OFF switch once within 0.5 seconds.
        The VSA activation indicator blinks two times and goes off in 1 second, then the system completes the VSA sensor neutral position memorization.
        When the ABS indicator, VSA indicator and VSA activation indicator go off, the memorizing is done. If the indicators do not go off, retry these steps.
        Turn the ignition switch OFF, and disconnect the HDS from the 16P DLC.

          Am gasit semnificatia pinilor din mufa OBD2:
          Pin Signal Description

          4 CGND Chassis ground
          5 SGND Signal ground
          6 CAN High J-2284
          7 K-LINE (ISO 9141-2 and ISO/DIS 14230-4)
          9 SCS SCS (Service Check System) - diagnostic codes
          12 Programming out
          13 or 14 Input/Output for VTM-4 and immobilizer control
          14 CAN Low J-2284 (WEN)
          15 ISO 9141-2 L-LINE (ISO 9141-2 and ISO/DIS 14230-4)
          16 +12v Battery power (unswitched)


          Intrebarea este daca scurtcircuitez pinul 9 cu 5 obtin acelasi rezultat ca si cu testerul HDS in procedura de mai sus.

            End of story: senzorul VSA nu se poate recalibra decat cu testerul de reprezentanta, dupa stergerea erorii. Procedura de mai sus nu functioneaza la CL7/2. Am incercat tot ce-i posibil (cumparat tester HDS, scurtcircuitat SCS, etc).

              Care este motivul pentru care s-a aprins martorul? Datorita ELM327?

                Nu, un alt tester universal. Problema a fost tensiunea slaba a acumulatorului, dupa cateva zile de stat in parcare s-a efectuat diagnosticarea pe pozitia ON a contactului in jur de 30 min, fara macar sa se puna pe OFF ventilatia.

                          Aveți idee cum se poate reseta CB-ul . Imi indica eronat km rămași de parcurs. Cu rezervorul la jumătate imi arată 0 si cu rezervorul plin cam 220km. Acul indicator arată bine. Doar afișajul indica prost
                          Dețin o interfața de diagnoza . M-ar ajuta pașii de urmat.
